Processing and shipping

Most orders ship through USPS within 1–5 business days of purchase. This is processing time before the package is handed to the carrier; carrier transit time is separate.

Custom items and favors may ship with another carrier and generally require additional processing and delivery time. If you need rush delivery, please contact us before ordering at thepuremarketcompany@gmail.com to discuss available options.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping rates, free-shipping offers, and estimated delivery details are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. A shipping label is generated using the address submitted with the order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. We cannot be responsible for an order shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Local pickup

Free local pickup in Hebron, Connecticut may be offered at checkout for eligible orders. Please wait for your pickup-ready confirmation and follow the instructions in that message before arriving.
