A quick note from The Pure Market Company

Thank you for supporting my small business. My soaps, candles, body care, and home goods are prepared in small batches using clean, toxin-free ingredients.  You will never find palm oils, phthalates, preservatives, or chemical ingredients. Because our products are hand curated without preservatives and additives light variations in color, scent, texture, are normal. That is part of the handmade process and does not affect the integrity of the product.

Returns & exchanges

Do to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we truly hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, please contact us right away so we can have the opportunity to discuss and hopefully rectify the problem for you.

Shipping

Shipping Times: We ship through USPS within 1-5 business days of purchase. Custom items and favors may be shipped with an alternate carrier and will have a longer processing and shipping time. If you are in need of rush delivery, please contact us for options.

Shipping Address: Please check your shipping address prior to finalizing your purchase. Once your order is processed, a shipping label is automatically generated with this address. Leaving an updated address in the notes at checkout will not guarantee the order will be shipped there. If you find that there is an error regarding shipping address after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Use & care

To help handmade soap last longer, keep it on a draining soap dish and let it dry between uses. Store body products in a cool, dry place and use clean hands when applying. For candles, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Local pickup & payment

Local pickup may be offered when available at checkout or arranged directly. Please wait for confirmation before picking up your order. If local payment has been arranged, pickup and payment details will be confirmed with you directly.
